The booking

Three taps and a card.

You are booking with your trainer — their sessions, their prices, their field. Pick a time, pay by card, and the confirmation is in your inbox before you put the phone down.

  1. Find your coach

    Browse the trainers near you, or open the link yours already sent. Their own site shows who they coach, what they work on, and the times they actually have open.

  2. Pick a time

    The times are live, and a full session says full. If a spot shows open, it is there to take — pick it and it holds while you pay.

  3. Pay, and you are in

    Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paid in full up front, so there is nothing to settle at the field — the spot is confirmed the moment the payment clears.

After you pay

  • A confirmation email arrives with the session, the date and time, the field with a map link, and the cancellation window.
  • It comes with a calendar file, so the session goes into your phone’s calendar with one tap.
  • Nothing else is required of you. That email is your booking.
  • You are offered the chance to save your player for next time. It is optional and it happens after you have paid. Skip it and the booking is unaffected — and if you make an account later, your sessions are waiting to be added to it.

If the field or time moves

  • Every family booked is emailed automatically — what it was, what it is now, and a map link for the new field.
  • You get a fresh full-refund window of at least 24 hours, whatever the coach’s normal cancellation rule is. They changed the deal, not you.
  • Take it from the link in that email — no account needed — or from your sessions if you saved your player. Either way the refund is the full amount, fees included.
  • Moving to one of their new times instead is how you accept the change. That keeps the session and closes the refund window, and we say so on the screen before you tap a time.

If you or the coach cancel

  • Inside your trainer’s cancellation window you get the whole amount back, fees included — cancel it yourself from the link in your confirmation email, or from your sessions. Past it, message them — they can still refund you from their dashboard.Some trainers use a deposit instead of a window: then you can cancel any time before the session starts, and the exact amount you get back is shown before you pay and again when you cancel.
  • If they cancel the session, they contact every family booked and you are refunded in full.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, on Stripe’s timing. Once one clears, the spot is released on their site automatically.

Finding a coach

Get to know a coach before you book one.

You are trusting someone with your kid for an hour, so the point of a trainer having their own site is that you can look them in the face first. Their page carries their photo and their story, the ages and levels they take, what they specialise in, and the licences and playing history they list — in their own words, the way they would tell you at the field.

Alongside that is the part nobody can talk their way around: their real prices and their real schedule, pulled live from their calendar rather than typed into a flyer.

Filter by your city, your player’s birth year and the days that work, and every card shows the next time you could actually book.

Worth knowing where we stand: what a coach tells you about themselves is theirs to stand behind, not ours. We do not run background checks or verify certifications, and we say so plainly rather than implying a vetting programme we do not operate — what we do and do not check.
