For trainers

Booked. Paid. Yours.

Tonight the job is a thread of forty messages, a Venmo screenshot, a spreadsheet of who paid, and a no-show you eat. Here, parents book your open times off a site with your name on it, the card clears before the spot is confirmed, and the money goes straight into your own Stripe account — never ours — headed for your own bank. No monthly fee. The only dollar we ever take comes out of a session a parent has already paid you for.

Your name on it
A real site at your own address — your face, your story, your licences — not a line in somebody else’s list.
One place
Schedule, booking, card payments, payouts and your gear on one site, with one login — not four apps that have never heard of each other.
Straight to your bank
Every session is paid up front and settles into your own Stripe account. No monthly fee, ever.

Your page

Parents book the coach, not the software.

A parent choosing who to hand their kid to for an hour is not comparing features. They are deciding whether they trust you — and they decide it from your face, your story and the way you talk about the work, long before they look at a price.

So you get a real site, at your own address, built to carry exactly that: your photos and video, your playing and coaching history, your licences, the ages and levels you take, and what you actually specialise in. In your words, under your name, in your colours — not a profile row in somebody else’s directory.

  • Your story, not a template

We build the first version by hand from your own footage and photos, and you see it on a private link before anyone else does. A template with your name dropped into it is not a brand.

  • Your experience, in your words

Licences, clubs, years, where you played, what you fix best. A parent who reads that before booking arrives already believing you can help their kid.

  • Your address, your audience

yourname.soccertrainerhq.com from day one, or point a domain you already own at it. The families you send there stay yours.

Easier to judge than to describe — here is a site we built, live and taking bookings.

One place

Four bills, four logins, one missing booking.

Nothing on the left is unusual. It is what running a training business looks like when four tools that have never heard of each other each own a piece of it.

What you run now

  • A scheduler like Calendly, charging you every month, booked out or empty.
  • A site builder you also pay monthly, and cannot update from the sideline.
  • Cash, Venmo and Zelle — plus the one family who always settles up next week.
  • Shirts and hoodies sold out of a group chat and a box in the car.
  • And the actual booking still happening in a thread of forty messages.

A scheduler and a site builder together commonly run $30–60 a month — somewhere near $400–700 a year, billed the same in December as in June.

What you run here

  • One site, at your own address, with your real availability on it.
  • One checkout. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paid in full before the session.
  • One payout, into your bank, from Stripe.
  • One dashboard, built to be used one-handed on a phone.
  • And no monthly bill attached to any of it.

$0 a monthEvery month, booked solid or rained out. We are paid out of sessions, or we are not paid.

What you can sell

Not just one session at a time.

A training business is not only Tuesday evenings. Camps and gear run through the same checkout, the same calendar and the same payout — one business, one place the money lands.

  • Sessions

One-on-one, small group or the whole roster. Set the capacity, the birth-year range and the level, and a minimum number of players it needs to run.

  • Camps

Multi-day camps that parents register for once, with one payment covering every day. Each day is a real slot on your calendar, so a camp blocks the times it occupies and nobody books you on top of it.

  • Messages

Parents message you from their booking, you answer from your dashboard, and every new message lands in your email too. Pick a booked session on your calendar and message every confirmed family at once — replies on or off, your call per thread. Conversations clear themselves after thirty days.

  • Reviews from real bookings

Only a family that paid and showed up can review you, because we hold the payment record — no competitor can promise that. Reviews render on your own site and you get one public reply per review.

  • Gear

Switch your own store on when you are ready — no waiting on us. Run a pre-order window on your own shop page: sizes, names and numbers on the back, a closing date, and a pick-up-at-training note. When it closes you get one sheet with the whole order on it to send your supplier.

Your take-home

You set what you keep.

You set one number here: what you want in your bank when the session is done. The parent’s price is built from it, and the number you set is the number that lands — not that minus a fee, minus a percentage, minus whatever. To the penny, every time.

Here is the whole spread, live. These figures are not typed into this page — they are computed by the same function that charges the card, so this table cannot say one thing and your payout another.

You set

The parent pays$55
Stripe's card fee2.9% + 30¢ — the card networks, not us− $1.90
SoccerTrainerHQour entire revenue on this session− $3.10
Lands in your bank$50

You set

The parent pays$110
Stripe's card fee2.9% + 30¢ — the card networks, not us− $3.49
SoccerTrainerHQour entire revenue on this session− $6.51
Lands in your bank$100

Your number never moves. You set what you keep, and that is what lands — no percentage skimmed off the top, no monthly fee, nothing deducted when a month is quiet.

Take-home runs from $10 to $500 a session — you pick the number, the maths runs the same way at every step. Camps price the same way, one number you keep per registration.

No bookings, no fee.

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no card on file. Our fee is a named line inside a session a parent has already paid you for — if nobody books, nobody owes anybody anything. If a session is refunded in full, our fee goes back with it; on a deposit cancellation you keep your share and the fee stays with the booking.

The rest is yours already: the site at your own address, the families you send there, the money settling in your own Stripe account — never ours. There is no subscription to cancel, because there never was one. That is not an introductory rate. It is the whole business model.

Control

Nothing is bookable until you publish it.

The reason most coaches will not touch booking software is the fear of waking up to a session they did not agree to. So the system starts closed, and that is checked in the database on every booking rather than left to a switch someone might flip by accident.

  • Paid up front, in full

Not a deposit. The card clears before the spot is confirmed, so there is no balance to collect at the field and a no-show has already paid you.

  • A full group says full

Capacity is enforced when the payment lands, under a lock. Two parents cannot take the same last place in the same small group.

  • “Field TBD” is a real answer

Because it usually is. Park the location and the parent is told plainly they will get an email the moment you set it — instead of staring at a blank line and assuming the site is broken. We nudge you two days out, and again the day before.

  • Move it and everyone knows

Change the field or the time and every booked family is emailed the old and the new, with a map link, plus a fresh full-refund window. You changed the deal, not them.

  • Live availability on the hero

The first thing a parent sees is your next open session and how many places are left, pulled from the calendar as the page loads. A static site can never show that, and it is most of why parents book instead of texting.

  • A dashboard built for a phone

The month at a glance, a weekly template you set once, per-session overrides, and your bookings. Meant to be used one-handed, standing on a touchline.

  • Paid into your own bank

The money settles in your own Stripe account, never ours, and pays out to your bank daily, on the fastest timing Stripe gives your account — typically about two business days. We add no holding period of our own. If a family cancels a session after its money already reached you, the refund simply settles against your next bookings automatically — nothing for you to send back. Stripe may hold your very first payout a little longer while it finishes verifying you.

  • Sessions that describe themselves

Title, birth-year range and level per session. A parent whose player sits outside the range gets a warning, not a block — you decide, not the software.

How it happens

Start it yourself. Or have us build it.

The free tier is self-serve: sign up, claim your address, and a real site with your name and live booking exists before you put your phone down. The premium tier is the opposite of a template — we build the whole site by hand from your photos and your story, and you approve it before anyone else sees it.

What you actually get

  • A real website, built by hand from your own photos and video
  • Live booking, card payments and payouts wired into it
  • Your camps and your gear shop on the same site
  • A dashboard built to run from a touchline on a phone
  • You see all of it on a private link before you commit to anything
  • No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no card to enter to find out

The first time you pay us anything is out of a session a parent has already paid you for.

  1. Sign up and claim your address

An email and two fields. Your site exists immediately at yourname.soccertrainerhq.com — your name on it, booking built in, free.

  2. Set your sessions and connect Stripe

Name what you offer, set what you keep, and let Stripe link your bank. Ten minutes on your phone, all of it from the dashboard.

  3. Publish the month

Mark the times you want and publish. That is the moment your site becomes bookable, and not one second before it.

  4. Want it bespoke? We build it

The hand-built site — your photos, your story, your colors, made by us and shown to you before anyone else sees it — is the paid tier: $299, one time. You ask, we reply with what yours would look like, and nothing is paid until you have seen it.

Straight with you

Where we actually are.

  • Hand-built sites are a few at a time. Signing up yourself takes minutes and your site works immediately — that path has no queue. The hand-built version is the slow one, deliberately: you wait a little, you get a site somebody actually made for you, and you deal with the person who can change the thing you do not like. If we are not ready for your area yet, we will say so instead of stringing you along.

  • We do not send you parents yet. The directory is built and you can be listed in it, but it stays quiet until an area has enough coaches to be worth a parent’s trip through it — a search page with three names is an empty room. For now you bring the families you already have and the link does the work. Being listed is your choice either way.

  • Session packs are half-built. The money side is finished and tested — a parent can buy ten sessions up front, spend them one at a time, and get the arithmetic right if they cancel. What is missing is both ends: the screen where you would create a pack, and the section of your site that would show it. Until those exist we are not going to pretend you can sell one.

  • Confirmations are email. Text messages are built but not switched on. When they are, they will be opt-in for the parent, and you will not have to do anything.

Start here

Tell us who you are and where you train.

This is not a sign-up and it does not create anything. It starts a conversation with a person, who will either build you a site or tell you honestly that we are not ready for your area yet.

Whatever footage and photos you already have is what your site gets built from.

A person reads this and replies. There is no auto-reply, because there is nobody to automate yet, and nothing here signs you up for anything or creates an account.
