About us

Built by hand, one coach at a time.

We build booking and payment software for youth soccer trainers, and we build the first version of each coach’s site ourselves. We are early. There is no growth number on this page because there is no growth number worth putting on it.

Your site, two ways
Sign up and your site exists in minutes, ready to book. Or we build it by hand from your own material — that is the paid tier, and it is how the first sites were made.
Paid per booking
No monthly fee and no setup fee. Our revenue is a named line on a session a parent already paid for.
We never sit on the money
Every payment settles automatically to the coach’s own connected Stripe account — the exact take-home they chose, and our fee comes off the transaction. Payouts run daily on the fastest schedule Stripe offers the account; we add no holding period of our own.

What this is

A booking business, not a marketplace.

A youth soccer trainer is running a real business out of a phone: a scheduler they pay for monthly, a site builder they also pay for monthly, cash and Venmo, and the booking itself still happening in a group chat. Four bills, four logins, and the one place a session actually gets agreed is a thread of forty messages.

We give them one site at their own address with their live availability on it, take the payment properly, and send it to their bank. Parents get a link, a time, a card field and an email. That is the whole product.

A coach can sign up and have a working site with booking in a few minutes — that tier is free, and it stays free. The hand-built version still exists too: we make it from whatever footage and photos the coach already has, and show it to them on a private link before anyone else sees it.

The hand-built work is slow, and it is why we take on a few of those at a time. Either way, a trainer’s first experience of us should never be an empty dashboard at eleven at night.

Our side of it

Things we will not do.

Shorter than a mission statement and easier to hold us to. Each one is a decision already made in the code, not an intention.

  • Invent proof

No testimonials we did not receive, no logos we do not have, no trainer count and no ratings. If a claim is not backed by something real, it does not go on a page.

  • Hide the fee

Our cut is itemised on the trainer page, computed by the same function that charges the card. A coach would find it in their first Stripe payout anyway; finding it there instead of here is how you lose a coach.

  • Make parents sign up

Booking is guest checkout and always will be. There is an optional account for saving a player and managing sessions, and it is offered after payment, never as a gate in front of it.

  • Hold a coach’s money

Every payment settles automatically to the coach’s own connected Stripe account — the exact amount they chose to keep. The charge runs through our platform account, which means card disputes are our problem to carry, not the coach’s; what it never means is us sitting on a balance and releasing it on our schedule. Payouts leave their balance daily, on the fastest timing Stripe offers their account — we used to add a holding week for refund cover and chose speed instead: if a session is refunded after the money has already landed, it simply settles against their next bookings automatically.

  • Take a booking they did not agree to

A calendar is closed by default and stays closed until the coach publishes it. It is enforced when the booking is written, not by a setting someone could flip.

  • Ship a fake feature

Where something is not built — text-message confirmations, session packs — the page says so instead of showing a control that does nothing.

Get in touch

You will be talking to a person.

There is no support portal and no ticket number, because at this size there does not need to be. Write to us and someone who can change the thing you are writing about will read it.

Coaches

Tell us the ages you train, where you train and what you already have. Ten minutes of your time starts it.

Parents

Booking happens on your trainer’s own site, not here. If something has gone wrong with a session you booked, your trainer is the fastest route — they can cancel and refund it in full from their dashboard.
